Terrible. Bad eating experience. There's nothing south indian here. Can you imagine any SI restaurant without the mandatory white coconut chutney instead you are served beetroot chutney with every thing. Yucks. The medu vada was rubbery and had a tough time eating it. Don't even want to comment about the rest. And for a takeaway they charged a hefty 50 rs for the containers . Seriously. Will now stick on to the nearby Vanakkam only. Meal type: Breakfast Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
It’s a refreshing change to have a place in Hiranandani Estate that serves genuine South Indian food with so much passion and attention. Whether it’s breakfast, lunch or a quick evening snack, CSK is my go-to spot now. Highly recommend! Just keep up the quality you are serving now..! Also special mention to Mr. Giri, whose warm hospitality truly elevates the dining experience. He personally checks in on every table, ensures guests are comfortable, and pays attention to the smallest details...something you rarely find these days. all the best.. Visited Chutney Sambar Kaapi in Hiranandani Estate, Thane West — and I’m honestly blown away by how good everything was! I went for lunch and dinner today, and I’m already planning to go tomorrow morning again for Pongal and Idly — that’s how amazing the food is! The restaurant is clean, hygienic, and has a cozy, homely South Indian vibe. Every dish feels freshly made and authentic — from the Paniyaram, Rava Masala Dosa, Appams, crispy Vadas, and perfect ghee Pongal, to the wide range of flavorful chutneys (loved the beetroot and raw banana ones!) and the authentic sambar. The afternoon meal was wholesome and satisfying, and the Filter Coffee was the perfect finishing touch.
