Food is shit nowadays. It has become worse with time. I used to visit this place often 3 years back. Tried aloo tikki chat and paneer roll recently. Just bland too oily no taste. Now it is just overpriced and sub par quality. They simply dont care. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Chupa Rustam is a small restaurant located at Vignana Nagar, just opposite to Sherwood apartment. It's location is just behind MacDonald. I went there with family and ordered kachori chat, samosa chat, and pani puri. Pani puri was crispy and tasty. Kachori and samosa chats were also tasty and wonderful. However, it's a tiny one and no proper sitting arrangement available for restaurant but public open sitting arrangement available. The price of the dishes was on higher side as compared to nearby area. Kulhad chai seems to be flavourful and good. I recommend to visit and enjoy the snacks here and nearby shops.
