Ordered mixed veg dimsum,prawn dimsum,hot garlic mushroom,chilli paneer, chicken lollipop,chungwah noodles and a double sundae.
The dimsums were both very average.The veg filling was just bland.The prawn filling smelled and was immediately kept aside.The dip was again very average.Even roadside momo stalls serve a better dip!
The chicken lollipop was very good and the serving was generous as well.
The hot garlic mushrooms was very hot and we couldnt handle the spice levels.But tasted really good.
Went for a less spicy chilli paneer to substitute the mushroom dish.Probably the best dish of the night.The paneer was soft and the sauce was very flavourful.
The chungwah noodles was great.It was basically thin noodles sauteed with vegetables and seasoned just right.
Coming to desserts,Our requests for date pancake, fried icecream,darsan were all met with "Sorry ma'am..not available".Being limited to icecream options,we opted for a double sundae - it was just two scoops of icecream minus any topping or sauce!
The ambience is great,the food was served quickly,,the prices were reasonable but taste was a slight letdown, atleast the day we tried.Another letdown was the quality of service - atleast the person who waited on us was bad.
First of all the ambience was really great???? bright lighting and chairs.. The wall painting was really attractive.. And also another best thing is some tables had an induction stove attached to it... So that v can heat food if it gets cold.. That was really a gud one..
Then the service.. It was pretty gud.. Ppl were available all the time and guy who took orders knew details abt every dish.. He explained it so well and helped us to choose the dish..
Then comes the food..
❤️crispy lamb - Asked this for a bit spicy... And it was well made.. Crispy on the top.. Meat was well cooked and realy gud.. Quantity also was really gud
❤️Prawn hargow - This was a bit let down.. I have had really gud ones and this was jus like a normal one.. More of onions and less of minced prawns.. And also the outer layer was pretty thick
❤️Chung wah fried rice - First v were asking something spicy but then saw this signature dish.. The server nicely explained this dish and v wanted to try... Omg this was really yummmmn???? I usually don prefer normal fried rice cuz it Wil b kinda bland.. But here the taste was really gud.. One should really try this if u hit this place
Will surely visit again to try other starters and main course.. They really have a wide range of menu tho ????
