When we placed an order for it, the guy suggested we order classic biryani. We wanted awadhi biryani, but he says they didn't start making it yet. I'm assuming he doesn't have a chef anymore. And just some lady made it.
We asked for a home delivery which is around 10 mins away. And he says that it would cost us 250/- and the delivery comes all the way from malad (which was a big whole lie, he just wanted to get extra bucks & take advantage of the situation)
who charges such a high amount? It's the cost of one whole meal at any other restaurant. Nevertheless, we had to pick it up.
Please don't ever order from here.
I'm guessing the other reviews must be from the owners friends.

Drinks were arranged, ambience was set and food?
We recently heard about Chulha Biryani catching up the name for its biryani.
Since it was located in Borivali, we decided to give it a shot!
They serve in bulk, so we had to order 1 kg. of the Veg. Biryani.
It was a proper dum biryani, meaning, it was cooked in slow heat for a long time. You can make this out, coz the moment you observe the vessel, you'll only see rice. However, when you dig your spoon inside the rice, you'll find the mesmerizing gravy below it.
We all were enjoying our night and finally when everyone started to get hungry, we digged in the biryani!
To describe the looks, there was this huge vessel in which the biryani came, there was rice on the top and the rice was sprinkle with fried onions and dry fruits, giving it an amazing texture. The moment we grabbed a portion, we could see the layers of the biryani. It was like a cake. You see the gravy on the bottom and the rice on the top and the dressing on the rice. It was magnificent.
Coming to the taste, we were expecting more of sweet, but turns out the flavors gave the gravy an amazing twist of spicy and slightly sweet.
The rice were nicely cooked and the mixture gave you an amazing combination of flavors.
All in all, it was an amazing experience. We were about 10 of us and the biryani sufficed and everyone loved it!
Cheers to this new venture!
