Many guests underline that the staff is accommodating at this restaurant. A lot of people say that the service is decent. Terrific decor lets the visitors relax. From the guests' viewpoint, the atmosphere is pleasant. But many visitors who use Google didn't grant Chulha a high rating.

Multiple issues with the place, will list down point wise - 1. Google Map location is highly incorrect. Actual restaurant is about 7-8 Km from where the google map shows. 2. The service is superbly slow, obviously because of the lack of staff and their un-professionalism. The time we reached there, were not even offered water, good that we were carrying ours.. Post 10 minutes of sitting idle and asking for the waiter to come and take order, the owner came and told it will take another 10 minutes to take order. 3. The waiter came after 10 minutes for taking the order, please note no water is offered yet. On taking order and asking how much time it will take to get served, were told that the menu itself says 20 minutes minimum but it would take 30 minutes roughly.. 4. The waiter was extremely rude and ill mannered. A friend asked him about their noodles preparation and whether they do it in a specific way, the reply was ' hmare yahan jesa banta h waisa hi kha lena' 5. Post 30 minutes order was served - partially and this by far was the worst food i have ever had. The manchow soup was red in color like tomato and on asking was told to open my phone flash and look closely what colored it is.. and consume what is served.. 6. The only thing good about this place is the decor but unlike name 'Chulha' and the decor they have nothing like Rajasthani touch in the meno and food. Worst place to visit with family.. Also, we were not offered water at all..
