Having seen ISKCON Varanasi, it's time to have a rest at this restaurant. Do not delay your visit – seriously, Chinese and Indian cuisines are waiting for you. In accordance with the reviewers' opinions, waiters offer nicely cooked chana masala, white sauce pasta and risotto here. Chrystal Bowl offers tasty ice cream, gulab jamun and brownies. Good hot chocolate, coffee or lemonade will make your meal better and you'll certainly come back.
It's easy to find this place due to its convenient location. The positive aspect of this spot is that the service staff is appealing. Professional service is something clients agree upon here. Guests of this restaurant say that they found prices attractive. The cute decor and calm ambiance let visitors feel relaxed here. But Chrystal Bowl has been rated below average by Google.

Disappointing Experience!!!!! Visited Chrystal Bowl twice, and both times fell short on every front. The food tasted bland and uninspired — Dal was watery, Paneer Butter Masala lacked freshness, and rotis arrived cold. Worse, the ambience didn’t justify the pricing. *Hygiene was a major red flag*: Tables wiped with a grimy cloth repeatedly, and the bathroom smelled unclean. Not what you expect for a dine-in. *Service? Abysmal.* Staff felt indifferent — ignored requests, no apologies for delays. Asked thrice for extra vinegar, onions, and pickle (even for takeaway) — response? “Not available, not our policy.” Rude tone, no empathy. For a restaurant charging premium prices, this is unacceptable. If they can’t prioritize basics like hygiene, taste, and courtesy, they don’t deserve customers. *Avoid until they overhaul their kitchen and attitude.* *Value for money? Zero.* Won’t recommend unless they urgently address these issues. Not worth the risk for mediocre food in an unclean environment. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We noticed a significant decline in cleanliness and customer service between our visits in 2018 and 2025. Back in 2018, the service and quality were excellent—truly a 10/10 experience. However, during our recent visit, the place appeared unhygienic (as seen in the photos, where tables were wiped with the same cloth and then it was placed back on the table), and the food taste had deteriorated considerably. It was not paneer angara what we actually tasted when we visited their restraunt. I think there is always something wrong with these online orders. Restraunt parcel their worst food for delivery, because taste is always bad as compared to when you visit their restaurant and eat.
