It's a quintessential store for Quality Chaats located at the Food Court of DN Regalia Mall. The instant attraction to me was the menu which had very interesting combination. More below:
1. Ambience : 4/5, It's a small kiosk located at the entry of the mall. The cleanliness was excellent and food stored looked hygenic.
2. Smell : 4/5, it serves cold chats, but as soon as I bought the plate close to me for the first bite, the smell of freshly baked jeera and chilli hit me. The aroma reminded me of the earthy indianness we loon for in street Chat.
3. Taste : 5/5, The taste is where they score big points. The Desi chats had the perfect balance of spices , with the sweetness of Dahi and tanginess of the Chuntey binding it all together. The Fusion Chats need a special mention, never imagined such a beautiful take on Cheeslings. Must try the fusion variety.
4. Texture : 5/5, every ingredient had a distinct texture. Noteworthy is the crispiness and freshness of the Papdi, the creaminess of the Curd and the crunch at the end of every bite.
5. Service : 5/5, Served with a smile. The server particularly asked for my preferences while taking the Order and customized the chats accordingly.
6. Menu : 5/5, the menu has about 10 items, but the variety is amazing. They have bought the distinct flavours from around the world onto the menu. The freshest creations are displayed as Chat of the Day.
Must Try : Dahi Puri, Nachos Bhel, Cheesling Bhel
Avoid : Few items are spicy, hence select cautiously
Excellent environment, friendly service, great menu choices & really decent food & at affordable prices. Will be back. What a chat item, definitely hope to go back..
The perfect restaurant for flaunting off ur money on the most useless things... I know I was dumb enough to order from here...Had a massive brainfade moment... Very poor taste and much worse quality... ABOUT FOOD THEY EVEN KNOW LESS THAN JON SNOW
