Extremely disappointed ! I was left standing outside, repeatedly asking for takeaway, while the staff seemed too busy attending to customers inside. Despite requests, they failed to acknowledge me until I was almost giving up. What's worse, when they finally noticed me standing outside the glass door, they chose to serve the customers inside instead of attending to me. It's unacceptable to prioritize dine-in customers over takeaway clients, especially when they've been left waiting for so long. Poor customer service and lack of attention to detail.
