I am a regular customer of chowman, so nothing to say about the food taste. but noodles was not worth like Chowman but : 1. cutlery use is BLACK PLASTIC BOWL. WHERE ZOMATO IS PROMOTING ECO FRIENDLY SUSTAINABLE BOXES packaging,but real scenarios is totally different. AND ALSO BLACK BOWL IS MOST HARMFUL AND MORE DENGEROUS FOR HOT FOOD PACKAGING.. 2. I GOT PLASTIC CHUNK , SIZE IS Almost A GIRLS thumb nails cut . which is miserable and not exceptable.requesting Debaditya Da .. please take care of basic higiene this FOOD . NOT A GAME

Today, through Zomato I ordered : 1x Chilli Chicken Gravy (6pieces) 1x Non Veg Fried Rice But to my surprise, there were only 2pieces packaged! I immediately called the helpline number of CHOWMAN (BIRATI) and informed them about this. However, to my disappointment they were least bothered about the issue and repeatedly told me to contact the Zomato's helpline number. Moreover, the attendant was very arrogant in her tone! Also, needless to say the quality of taste of the chilli chicken was pathetic and gross! Fried rice was still better. Extremely disappointed, do not ever order online from this fraud restaurant! Bunch of cheaters! Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
