My family and I went out for dinner, but we had a terrible experience. The food served was of very poor quality; it smelled bad, and the gulab jamun appeared to be expired. When we brought our concerns to the management, they argued with us. One staff member claimed the strange smell was due to a unique flavoring, insisting the dessert was not expired. Another argued that they had served over 300 customers and had not received any complaints. We then requested that a sample be packed so we could report the issue to the food authority. At that point, they finally admitted their mistake, refunded our money, and apologized. Additionally, the kofta was undercooked, and the buttermilk was heavily diluted with water. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. Another family dining there also raised similar complaints. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

After eating everything...then also doing like this...not good...that day no other customer complaint about the food, but you and your family just wanted to have refund in any case... you all were acting like uneducated people.. I am sorry to say, people like you, spoil the environment... And at last...if food was bad...many more reviews would be on my page... Please don't go and spoil restaurant name... Ur thinking is eat... complaint...shout ..and take money back...

I went here yesterday along with my 19 family members and relatives, the ambience, environment and entertainment were the only good thing that we liked, the food that they served was cold and not even rajasthani exept 2 dishes (dal bati and besan gatta gravy) dal was not good and had curry leaves, bati was cold and dry, and paneer gravy was extra sweet. As a rajasthani i would like to give food a negative rating. What's the meaning of your hotel if entertainment is the only good thing and food isn't even worth eating ?? And also they said that everything is included exept rides, but the only things that were included are jal jeera water, tea, bhel and dinner. (Not good experience) Please do consider reading this review before going there. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4
