I recently ordered sweets for my wedding invites from Chocovic, Rani Jhansi Road and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. Upon delivery, we were shocked to find that the sweets were stale and emitted a foul smell reminiscent of chemicals or kerosene. After lodging a complaint, the shop collected the undistributed boxes, only to return them a few days later, claiming they were fresh. However, to our dismay, the sweets were still stale and had the same unpleasant odor. What was even more disappointing was the shop's lack of apology or willingness to offer any form of compensation for the inconvenience caused. The customer service was below par, leaving us feeling disregarded and dissatisfied with our entire experience. Overall, I cannot recommend Chocovic to anyone seeking quality sweets and reliable service for their special occasions.
