Worst worst place ever visited and pathetic service plus the products the person serving there himself said are not fresh they were made 3 days ago but casusly he said we use it till a week that is seven days as we put suxh preservatives in it soo now you know how pathetic these people are their bakery products and chocoaltes are all pale i can legit throw this to their face i need a refund seriously i need mh money back zomato needs ti know this is a serious issue

The Chocolate Room, FC Road I ordered the Sizzler Long with Vanilla, Hot Chocolate Hazelnut, and Chocolate Excess Pastry topped with Chocolate Sauce — and honestly, food is 5/5. Pure bliss for chocolate lovers. Every bite was rich, fresh, and worth the price. But sadly, the service and staff behavior was disappointing. We asked them to turn on the AC, and they said it’s not working. But later when some other specific customers came, they switched on the cooler and even turned on the AC, that too in their direction — completely ignoring us. That kind of biased treatment is a big letdown for such a nice place. If you're going just for the food, it's worth it. But don’t expect good hospitality. Food: (5/5) Service & Comfort: (2/5) Overall: 3.5/5 – Amazing food, but staff needs serious training.
