I had booked a cake to be delivered by 5 PM as the birthday celebration was scheduled for 6 PM. But even by 6:50 PM, the cake hadn’t arrived. This led to an extremely awkward situation in front of guests and completely disrupted the event. If a brand like Chocolate Biclate claims to be professional, timely delivery should be a basic expectation. This experience was highly disappointing and not at all what I expected from a reputed brand. Please take delivery commitments seriously – celebrations depend on it.
