Used to be good, but not anymore! This place has really gone downhill after changing from Choco World to Pastel Cake Shop. The old shop had friendly staff and great service — they genuinely cared about customers. Now the customer service is terrible. The staff act like they don’t even want to serve you, and there’s no proper attention or politeness. Really disappointing to see how much it’s changed. I won’t be coming back until they bring back the warmth and quality that Choco World was known for. Service: 1
