I order the "classy " sundae and I have received the "insta" size why am I paying extra for the bigger size then?and this is the second time this has happened

they did not bring it with an ice packet. so it melted completely. last time they sent it with an ice bag and it was intact. improve the packaging and delivery of ice cream in hot summer
