The brownie skillet at Chocolik Kakkanad was a huge disappointment—completely undercooked and inedible. As regular customers for over a year and more, we know exactly how it should taste, but this time, the quality was unacceptable. The staff was unprofessional, making us wait 30 minutes and refusing to let us speak to the owner. The lady we spoke to was uncooperative and, instead of properly addressing our concern, was discussing among others that we “just wanted a refund.” This was disrespectful, especially when we were patiently explaining the issue. Without informing us, they started rebaking it but still denied a refund. If they truly believed it was perfect, why would they need to rebake it? Chocolik Kacheripady has far better service and quality.
