Sadly, if you look through the guests' comments, the staff is boorish at this restaurant. Downscale service is something that visitors would like to improve here. Facebook users' reviews don't give Chirayu Multi Cuisine Restaurant and Bar a high rating.

We reached the restaurant at 8:00 pm and our ordering of starters was done by 8:10 however the first starter arrived after 20 mins, we thought its fine as any restaurant needs a min of 20 min to start the service after the order. However the further orders got delayed. Sighting the delay we ordered the main course by 8:30 pm and we were done with starters by 8:50 pm. From 8:50 till 10:00 the main course didn’t arrive. And we got to furious and left the hotel without completing the dinner.
The hotel lacks the basic infrastructure of adequate staff and Managers to manage the show. It was Tuesday and the hotel was full owing to the festive season. There are no responsible managers at the hotel. In our room which had a seating capacity of 35~40 members we had only single person who was serving and cleaning the tables. They didn’t even had the basic salt bottle for each table, a single bowl of salt was given and same was taken to different tables at the requeste.
I would definitely recommend not to visit the hotel with family and friends on weekends and crowded days, you will end up having a pathetic experience.
