On 28/03/2025 me and my Sister had visited this chings restaurant in koper khairne (Navi Mumbai) & to our pleasant surprise when we got seated the manager/waiter kept a paper and pen to place an order.. it was quite a awkward moment that customer has to write the order on piece of paper.. however when we received our order the veg manchow soup was loaded immensely with garlic and ginger as if it was just served raw and when we complained about it to the manager/waiter he informed the owner of restaurant for the same.. and again to our suprise the reply from the owner was toh kya hua yeh aisa hi banta hai tu apna kaam kar and we heared that comment of the owner on our table.. The lady (owner) was so mannerless and careless about their customers complaint and when i spoke to the lady personally she was just not ready to accept the mistake and had a courtesy to tell me that i dont care about zomato reviews and zomato reviews are my foot After all this type of service i shall encourage all the people out there to think 1000 times to visit this filthy restaurant and waste their hard earned money and get to hear mannerless statements from the lady sitting @ the counter for me this restaurant is 0 Star.. service: 0 Hospitality: 0 Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹400–600 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
