We ordered triple rice, and what we received was completely unsatisfactory in terms of quality and taste. When we raised a genuine complaint, instead of addressing it, both the waiter and the owner were unresponsive and dismissive. NO chicken in it at all. Not even a few pieces — completely missing. On top of that, the soup wasn’t even hot, served lukewarm like it had been sitting around. The waiter behaved as if we were working for them, not the other way around, showing no interest in listening or helping. The owner flatly denied the issue without even checking or offering a solution. There was zero professionalism, zero accountability, and zero respect for customers. Mistakes can happen in any restaurant, but the way this situation was handled was unacceptable. With such poor service and attitude, this place does not deserve customers. Would strongly advise others to avoid this restaurant. Bad food can happen. Bad attitude is a choice. This place chose denial, disrespect, and zero accountability.
