I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a disappointing experience I had at your Chinese Wok outlet in Mantri Mall on 25/05/25 While visiting the mall with a friend, we approached the Chinese Wok counter with the intention of placing an order. However, we were met with extremely rude and unprofessional behavior from one of the staff members. Their tone was disrespectful, dismissive, and entirely inappropriate for a customer-facing role. This incident left us feeling insulted and unwelcome.As patrons who expect a basic standard of courtesy and professionalism, we were deeply disappointed by this experience. I hope you take this matter seriously and look into the conduct of the staff at this outlet. I request that appropriate action be taken and that steps be implemented to ensure that future customers are treated with respect and dignity. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
