I am extremely disappointed with my recent visit to Chinese Wok at KP Mall, Pune. The food served was of poor quality, and when I tried to bring it to the staff’s notice, the manager Ashwini behaved rudely and refused to assist. Such unprofessional conduct reflects poorly on the brand. I sincerely hope the management takes necessary action to train staff in proper customer handling. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
