**Extremely Disappointing Experience at Chinese Wok – Jagatpura, Jaipur** I had an extremely unpleasant experience at Chinese Wok in Jagatpura Capital Mall, Jaipur. I ordered veg momos, only to receive a batch that was lumpy, sticky, and completely inedible. Hoping for a resolution, I approached the staff, only to be met with shockingly rude behavior. Rather than acknowledging the poor quality of the food or attempting to rectify the situation, the employee outright refused to address the issue. His response was dismissive and unprofessional, stating, *"Bhaiya, jo hai mere pass bas yahi hai. Aapko accha nahi lag raha to main change nahi karunga aur na main paise dene vala."* Essentially, customers are expected to tolerate whatever is served, regardless of its quality. This kind of treatment is unacceptable in the service industry. If a restaurant cannot ensure basic food quality and respectful customer interactions, it has no business operating. I had to return the momos because they were simply not fit for consumption. Chinese Wok seriously needs to train its staff on customer service and food standards. I strongly urge management to take immediate action to ensure other customers don’t face such disappointing experiences.
