I ordered the Chicken Chilli Basil Noodles - Did call the restaurant to check if they add diagonally slit/cut green chillies (Which many restaurants have started doing ~ God knows Why ) & specified I do not want the Green Chillies at all & no accompaniments either (The red , spicy Schezwan sauce, chillies in soya sauce/ vinegar etc) coz it just gets wasted. Anyway my order was delivered but did not realise it was a combo of Noodles with a chicken in some soya sauce based gravy ) not sure what it was but was way too salty to eat but on the other hand the *Chicken Chilli Basil Noodles " had no Basil flavor nor could I find any Basil leaves . Anyway firstly after getting my order I called the restaurant to confirm if it was a correct order delivered to me - coz from the looks of it it looked like "Hakka Noodles " The person who answered my calls previously may have been the owner or manager & he requested a few minutes to check about my getting a wrong order & said he would call back but did not get a call for almost 15 - So I called & this time spoke to a staff member I think. Well he explained that the noodles were not red but white & there was a wrong pic on Zomato & my order was part of a Combo ! Sorry about my long review but was disappointed with my order & really not sure if I am going to order again from Chinese Wok Express I could eat the Noodles as they were bland with the salty Chicken side dish as together they were palatable. I sincerely hope Management / owners take note if my review & feedback to improve & retain the loyalty of the customers to keep coming back ! Cheers
