noodles was very very salty. Not able to finish even half of the 500ml pack. and there was a hint of oyster sauce which I hate, in hakka noodles. which proves the pan was not cleaned after each use. worst experience so far from Chinese wok. it used to be my go to for Chinese, but not anymore
