I ordered Palak Paneer, and shockingly found a stone inside the food. When we informed the staff, instead of accepting their mistake, they started arguing. They kept saying “aap kha chuke ho to payment dena hoga”, which is completely unacceptable. After this, they also said that customers make such complaints just to avoid paying, which was extremely insulting. Even after showing them the issue, they did not accept their mistake and continued arguing with me and my friend. Very unprofessional behaviour from this restaurant. As responsible customers, we still paid for all the items, except Mutton Biryani and Palak Paneer, because these two dishes clearly had quality issues. Very disappointing experience. I ordered mutton Biryani, Palak Paneer, and Naan, tandoori chicken but had a very bad experience. The biryani had hard, stone-like masala pieces that felt like biting veg-sabzi ke khare tukde. The same kirkiri, patthar-jaisa texture was also in the Palak Paneer. Because of this, we could eat only a little and had to leave the rest. Really disappointed with the quality of the food. Even after the complaints of stone, the staff completely refused to accept their mistake. Instead of apologizing or taking responsibility, they kept arguing continuously as if nothing was wrong. Their behaviour clearly showed that they were more interested in defending themselves than ensuring customer safety or quality we still paid for all the items, except Mutton Biryani and Palak Paneer. I have ordered one chicken shejwan fried rice and lolipop dry. But the lollipop masala was raw and not cooked very well . And 2 out of 6 lollipops were completely bad. I request everyone not to order food from such places, otherwise your health will be ruined. Service: Delivery Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1
