Report incorrect information
1. I placed the order at 2121pm and the estimated delivery time was 54mins which was supposed to be 2215pm. But I received the order at 2253pm which is approximately 90mins delay in the delivery.
2. I requested for extra schezwan sauce, dry noodles and soy sauce which was missing in my order.
3. Delivery Rider did reached the food joint on time but was kept waiting because every time I called the Chinese Corner, he said your order will reach you in 10mins. He said the same thing on the four calls I made and promised delivery in 10 which he couldn't.
4. Rider told me that they were out of food so he had to kept waiting which I completely understand. But the food joint owner told me different story which has led to such an disappointment that I am writing this long review for the first time in my life as my family had to face embarrassment due to delay in order and false commitment from the food joint owner. I literally had to throw the food to dogs as my kids went to sleep waiting for the delivery. Quality of food was pathetic, food packaging was bad ever I have seen. I am very disappointed Zomato.
