Perfectly cooked chocolate waffles and good belgian chocolate are the tastiest dishes. Visitors don't highly appreciate filet américain at this restaurant. Food delivery is a big plus of The Belgian Waffle Co. Most reviewers think that the staff is gracious at this place. Cool service is something guests agree upon here. Prices are attractive for the quality you receive. As clients see it, the atmosphere is nice here. But this place hasn't earned a high rating from Google users.

Hi, I am Kavish. I have eaten from The Belgian Waffle Co. Since years! And I have always loved their taste and the employees. However, this branch in Seasons Mall, Pune. I have had an absolutely horrible experience with it! The staff at this branch was very rude, uninterested in even making our waffles! And when we confronted them about the same, he got provoked and took especially long after that. He even got extremely angry at us and started shouting at us that we should not ask for our waffles. We were further lied to saying that the student discount doesn't apply on a Friday. We were forced to call the manager when suddenly the guy figured out how to give the discount to us. At the end, it took him 40 minutes to get us our waffles. The waffles were not even made properly and were soggy and turned into layers that broke. It was a horrible experience and worthless. DO NOT EVER VISIT. NOT EVEN BY MISTAKE. IT IS NOT WORTH IT. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Other Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
