Been a regular customer now and love this place for it's food and service provided with my recent visit as always their food is 10/10 no doubt and service was where I was impressed to be very quick and best recommended dishes by Mr Karan his service was very quick and was very much open to recommend their best dishes which I loved we tried their chicken spring roll, burnt red bell pepper lamb we family really enjoyed our dinner. A real 10/10 to Mr Karan for his help for menu and china garden for always with their best food had tried Kemps corner branch food after a year now but made a point to visit again cuz of their service. China Garden an authentic Chinese Restaurant, situated at Kemps Corner, Mumbai. Actually the food is authentic Chinese, but recently the ambience has changed and that is not upto the mark. Service is not at all satisfactory. We had to literally call for the staff to keep Fork & Spoons and even spoons for the 4 different types of sauces. It is that pathetic. They get water but glasses are not sufficient on the table. Along with the cuisine that also serve hard drinks of your choice. The worst to still come, the cut cucumber and cabbage was served in a plate but the cabbage was absolutely sour and smelling as well as tasting horrible. It must have been circulated from table to table and no staff over there ever bothered to taste and see whether they are offering freshly cut cabbage! Our entire experience of China Garden has gone for a toss. A couple of years back, the service and food was really good and that's the reason we felt like visiting again. But to our dismay it was a horrible experience. Don't know how Management can afford such type of service. Am sure if this is the situation on one table, many other tables may experience the same.
