Visited them yday and the experience was a disaster from the start. - there was no hostess at the entrance and we had to wait for a good 15 minutes just to get to know if we will be seated or will we have to wait for the same. - the servers were not attentive at all. Took us an additional 10 minutes just to get a server to take our order. - had to ask 2-3 times just get served water - we took the set menu which was pathetic to say the least. The food was not hot and did not seem to be fresh. The chicken was dry. The noodles were overdone and had the thickness of spaghetti. - while the quality of food was sub-standard, they forgot to serve us an entire dish. We were so tired of waiting and appalled by the quality of food, did not even bother asking for it. - by the time it was time for dessert, frustration levels were high. We were tired of waiting and had to tell the server to either serve the dessert if possible or just bring the cheque as we really wanted to leave. The meal costed us roughly inr 3k which seemed very over priced for the experience we had. It would have been better to order-in from Hong’s kitchen or Chinese wok considering the quality/taste of the food we were served. That said, we recognise that delays at the entrance, lack of attentiveness, repeated reminders for water, and a missed dish should not have happened.
