I ordered from China Box Co and it was one of the worst food delivery experiences I’ve had. Out of 7 dishes, 3 were either completely wrong or inedible. I received non-veg items instead of vegetarian dishes, which is not only careless but also highly disrespectful.On top of that, the chicken chopper rice was a complete mess — the gravy had soaked the entire box making it a soggy disaster. Absolutely not edible.To make things worse, Zomato’s support team was completely unresponsive and refused to help. There was no human support to speak to, only an unhelpful bot.I have kept the wrong and ruined dishes as evidence and am considering legal action for this pathetic service. I expected better quality and responsibility from both the restaurant and Zomato.Do not recommend.
