Street food served in a hygiene manner
Tried their fatty alloo tikki and pav bhaji
Both were upto the mark
Their Aloo tikki is undoubtedly best in chandigarh, and about pav bhaji, it should be little less spicy(masale, not chilli), and little more tangy, anyways i enjoyed both alot.
Now come to golgappas, their anaar paani was very good, only thing i feel is a hint of artificial flavour comes to your tongue when you just ended up.
But m giving them 4 out of 5, as i know they will overcome such small issues.
Happy customer

from food carts to fancy restaurants every1 have served chat and other items in some form or the other .
as the name suggests its catering for ur tangy cravings .
ambience nothing much to talk abt that .

u can see ur food being assembled by guys wearing caps and gloves keeping in mind the hygiene , however we had spoted a guy wearing filthy t-shirt ( room for improvement he dress needs to be clean plzz )

now coming to taste the chat had all the items wht it calls for a little cold , bit tangy , sweet and thora sa teekha , had a lasting taste for a wile , perfection .
tikki had the same tast e only difference was the patatoes being shallow fried in olive oil as the menu states ( suggetion - if guys can get white chaana gravy on tikki with curd , mint sauce , salad on it )

surely coming back to try out golgappa and other items .

Imagine a situation where you want to eat street food, but you are hesitant to eat at a pushcart for the sake of hygiene. So you end up at a fast casual restaurant where they serve you right at your table. But then, you don't get the right vibe about that street food, since the authenticity is lost in the verge of making it "look hygenic and healthy"... in such cases, there is always a bargain between quality and taste.

Adhering to this one big problem experienced in not-so-old city Chandigarh, Chilli chaats brings the authentic flavours with no compromise on quality. The chaat, is exceptionally good, with creamy curd and a ring shaped bhalla (vada probably). The papdi and other crispy fried adornments used are fresh and they won't leave you with a bad aftertaste at all. The bhalla is soft and as fresh as if it was just prepared minutes ago. The presentation of chat, with papdis making a pyramid over the bhalla was pretty unique.

The tikki, is a single piece serving. One may wonder that a single piece won't be enough, but then when you are served, you will realize that this one wholesome tikki can rather serve two. Almost everything is garnished with alot of adornments.

Their pav bhaji didn't impress me much since the paav were brittle and yet too buttery, however bhaaji was cooked to perfection.

Another delight is their khasta kachori, which is served with aaloo sabji just like it is usually served in places like Agra and Saharanpur, however the kachori needs to be more khasta and less stretchy so that it can complement well with the sabji.

I have been reading rave reviews about their Panchkula outlet and hence couldn't wait to check out their sector 35 outlet. Their attending staff was too polite and they made sure that we were served our snacks in the car without dropping chutney or curd here and there, much to the relief of my dad.

I particularly went to this place on a rainy day, to savour their Jalebis, but I was disappointed to know that Jalebis are served only at their Panchkula outlet. Hope that they start serving Jalebis at sector 35 outlet soon.
