We, my 2 'GIRL' friends and myself(also a GIRL) visited Chilli's, Powai on Friday 9th July, 2021 to unwind around 2.15 in the afternoon to be precise. My reason to highlight GIRL will be clarified further. So we ordered food and were having a good time, eating and TALKING having met after a long time due to lockdown. The server (can't recollect his name, plus size guy) came to us around 3.40 to ask for the final order. We told him we wanted to order deserts, he read out our options and we chose the choco lava cake with ice cream. After 15 mins he just served us our bill and ran to another table. We tried calling him a few times but he ignored our calls and another staff member came to our table to enquire. We informed him that we wanted to order deserts but were served the bill instead and our server was not being attentive. This guy named VISHAL MORE told us that he came to our table but because we were BUSY GOSSIPING (his exact words) he could not take the order. There was no apology or remorse from this MISOGYNIST VISHAL MORE for insulting FEMALE customers. What was even more disgusting was that while we were leaving the restaurant he asked us if we wanted to click a picture? Also we found a cockroach hanging around our drinks and food giving us uninvited company. Our bill was Rs. 4657 and this is the way they treat their FEMALE CUSTOMERS. Shameful and disgusting experience!!!

Horrible service, untrained waiters, untidy tables and cutlery, and rude manager.
To top it all, they had the audacity to levy (read forcefully) "Service Charges-10%". Upon questioning them (as restaurants are not allowed to charge for service anymore), the manager behaved utter rudely. He in fact insisted that we give him a reason as to Why we do not wish to pay service charge. Also, he was very adamant even when i told him none of the other restaurants in Powai levy service charge. He literally asked me names of restaurants in Powai that i have visited. Despite me telling him that i will report the issue, he told me it is compulsory and forced me to pay the service charge.
Such a disappointing experience. To think of it, I had gone there owing to Chili's 4+ star rating. I do not wish to visit them ever again.
A piece of advice Chili's: Please treat your customers with respect and do not literally take money out of their throats.

#worst experience ever here# tasteless food# non understanding staff # asked twice how i want my order but got exactly the same burger without sauce without cheese without mayo without taste # not worth it this time !
