Worst service, arrogant staff,they don’t know the basic customer service. I recently visited this food court and was disappointed with the service.the staff's arrogant behavior overshadowed my experience. Today we contacted your Chicking outlet at RP Mall to place an order. Unfortunately, the behaviour of the staff who attended the call was quite disappointing. It felt as though he was not interested in helping customers and was reluctant to provide basic order-related details. We, as customers, expect a some sort of helpful service—especially when we are paying for the food from our own pockets, not from your staff’s.
