We ordered Chicken 74 from Zomato. It was over cooked, very dry, unable to chew and hard to swallow. We tried to contact zomato executives but still no one responded back. Hence we tried contacting the restaurant “Chidambaram New Moorthy Cafe”. We shared the same concern with the manager, and he asked us to get the food to verify. After reaching the restaurant, manager and staffs saw the food and understood “Chicken 74” was not cooked properly. Hence manager requested for a replacement. Even I agreed for that. But the manager asked us to remove the comment from the zomato, since its been already raised we do not have that option to delete/remove the comment. Then knewing this manager was reluctant and stubborn regarding removing the comments. Even we spoke with the Zomato Manager “Alwin” and came to conclusion with zomato manager and restaurant manager that replacing of order. Even after the second time, the food was in same condition and they were trying to convince us that the food is tasting good. We even asked staff members to try the chicken. They ate and we could see their reaction that the food was in same condition. We just left the food in the restaurant and came back. Please never order “Chicken 74” from this restaurant.
