I recently had a dinner at Chickpet Donne Biryani House Tumkur and was extremely disappointed with the food and management. The food in the hotel restaurant was of poor quality, not properly cooked and some dishes are over priced and underwhelming. The service was really slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in providing a positive experience for guests. The management of the hotel also left much to be desired. My requests for assistance or information were met with unhelpfulness and indifference. On multiple occasions, I was told that my concerns would be addressed, but nothing was ever done to improve my stay. I would NOT RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone, as the food and management were both extremely lacking. The hotel staff and management need to make significant improvements in order to provide a satisfactory experience for guests. The hotel need to take a feedback seriously, take the necessary steps to improve their service, and ensure that guests are treated with the respect and care they deserve.
