I had a disappointing experience at Chicking Kothamangalam. The food was not up to the mark—the chicken was deep fried and had an unpleasant sour taste, possibly due to reused oil. Overall, the taste and quality did not meet expectations. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 4

Excellent hospitality and wonderful food. Especially I thank the staff and management for fulfilling one of my quality of life request to provide a ramp for wheelchair access. They took the request seriously and executed immediately.
Now this place become a favourite place for my kids. I made same request to some other places, but they didn't consider it. Me and my family is really thankful to the Chicking Family. God bless
