Very poor experience with Chicking Kalady. I ordered food through Swiggy, and they delivered the wrong item. I was really looking forward to the meal, but what I received was completely different from what I ordered. There was no apology, no replacement, and absolutely no responsibility taken by the restaurant. This shows a serious lack of professionalism and customer care. If you’re thinking of ordering from Chicking Kalady via Swiggy or any other platform, be very careful. They can mess up your order, and you won’t get any proper support from them afterward. Wrong food delivery, unresponsive service, and no accountability — totally unacceptable. There are many better options around Kalady and Angamaly. Definitely not ordering again. Avoid Chicking Kalady. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
