Very poor takeaway experience. I called many times while coming to collect my takeaway, but no one answered the call. When I reached the outlet, my call was ringing on their phone, but the staff still did not pick it up. Because of this, I wasted time and faced inconvenience. Service and staff attitude need serious improvement.
