I'm a regular customer of this restaurant and have always appreciated their delicious rice bowls. However, my recent order was a complete disaster. They forgot to include their signature white sauce, which is like serving a burger without the bun - it's just not the same. To add insult to injury, the pita bread was as stale as a week-old bag of chips and the rice was also very hard. It felt like they had just given me their leftovers from the previous day, and not the good kind that you actually look forward to. This experience has left me extremely dissatisfied and I'm not sure I'll ever order from them again. They need to get their act together and fix their quality control issues, or risk losing more customers who expect better than the garbage they sent me today.
