I ordered the Chicking Family Pack for Rs. 999, but it was delivered without the French fries. I informed the staff within 10 minutes, even while we were still eating in front of them, but they refused to accept their mistake. This was very disappointing. Please ensure that all items are properly checked before handing over the order to avoid such issues in the future.
