Home delivery service is utterly poor. No food is provided on time..food Ordered at 12.15 pm.. Reply for my call from the hotel management is at 1.30 pm stating that the food will be provided only after one hour. And unfortunately the hotel team couldn't assure of the exact time. So the customers can wait till supper time.. Pathetic service from Chez
