I have placed the order of 4egg puff, osmani cookies and fudge chocolate and the have not delivered right product. they have sent 2egg puff instead of 4 and 2 veg puff which I haven't ordered, totally missed item of fudge chocolate. they wer rude to me while I called and checked with them. they wanted me to place the order again for the mistake done by them. this is really bulshit experience with chew brew... please think twice before placing the order here. Even taste of the egg puff is not good and they item is not hot too... they just like that packed and delivered

We clearly explained you that the mistake is from the delivery partner side. We even refunded the money. We have also raised a complaint on the Zomato delivery partner. We maintained a neutral tone throughout our telephonic conversation but still you blame us.
