The rooms in hotel are spacious but their keeping is not well. The towels (see the photograph of white turned grey towels) and bed sheets are not clean enough. They don't provide shower gel and moisturiser. Though they provide tiny bath soap with hair shampoo sachet. No bathroom sleepers, no dental kit. Bathroom is big but not much hygiene. After wasting 3 buckets full of cold water, eventually got luke warm (not hot) water. Their restaurant is good and well kept. They serve good quality food. Restaurant staff is also good. They have parking space for 8 - 10 cars with shed. They have iron gate which is shut down during the night for the safety of parked vehicles. I had reached there at 11.45 pm and the property was locked which was opened by Hotel Staff after blowing the horn. Location wise this property falls on the highway goes to Ludhiana and easily accessible. A railway track goes behind this property and passing of trains makes good noise. So one cannot have peaceful sleep during the night as trains keep coming whole night. If given a chance for booking hotel for my family, I will certainly not choose this property. I have booked a deluxe room and horrible experience. visible dirt/dust, stains, pest infestations, and unhygienic bathroom, rude staff, malfunctioning rooms - unable to switch off lights and a general lack of basic amenities. Doesn't deserve a single star. Service: 1

*1/5 - Disappointing Experience* I recently spent a night at Chevron Klassik Hotel, Ludhiana, and it was a huge letdown. *Issues:* - Room wasn't clean - Bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable - No water supply in the bathroom - Food quality was appalling - Staff was uncooperative *My Takeaway:* - Hotel staff was unprofessional - Facilities were outdated - Location was inconvenient *Recommendation:* I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. It desperately needs improvement in its services. *Rating Breakdown:* - Service: 1/5 - Cleanliness: 1/5 - Service: 1
