Trying egg in a dosa was the very first time i did and i loved it.
Nice taste and dosa was also really good.
The combo of dosa with chicken curry is just like Sunday breakfast at any typical Chennai household. Curry is packed with flavors of curry leaves, pepper, ginger etc with just the right consistency to dunk your dosa and let it soak all the goodness before you can slurp it off your plate.
My next meal was kuska rice with pepper chicken - the good old school days when we hardly had any cash, kushka with half pepper chicken made our days. The kushka here is flavourful by itself but the pepper chicken just adds the final punch to the bite. Loader with all the peppery goodness this will make you sweat even this cold January weather.
The best dish for me however was the parotta and chicken kurma. Perfectly flaky and soft made by a skillful master, the parotta scoops the velvety kurma just perfectly.
Overall this place is a perfect place to put your south Indian desires to rest. If you are from Chennai or Tamilnadu you this is your perfect cure for homesickness.
