Visited this restaurant for some authentic South Indian food, especially Kerala-style dishes — and I must say, the food truly lives up to the expectations! The flavors are rich, homely, and delicious, giving you a real taste of Kerala. However, the service side definitely needs attention. Food takes quite a bit of time to arrive, and water is not served automatically, which feels like a basic miss. The restaurant seems to be understaffed, and during peak hours, it struggles to manage the crowd efficiently. Cleanliness could also be improved, especially in the dining area and washrooms. The current billing process is inconvenient — customers have to go to the counter and inform the seat number for payment, which could be streamlined. Overall, if you're here just for the taste, it's worth it. But service, cleanliness, and process improvements are needed to make the dining experience smoother.
