I have never seen a Masala Dosa which is served as Plain Dosa with potatoes on the side for the customer to fill. The plain Dosa was so hard that my old family members could not chew and suffered cuts in mouth. I had to discard the entire order. To top it all neither Chennai Dosa nor Zomato would own up their mess and provide a refund inspite of the fact that I attempted to return the Order immediately when I saw how it was prepared and delivered.
