The service is extremely slow. Takes more than 45-50 mins to serve your first order and the repeats take about 20 mins each. And this experience has been there for some time now. Chenab is no more a place like it used be a few years ago.

Everything was good except way to rooftop as it is high steep steps can’t go with my parents again! Unfortunately. There is no lifts available. Hope they get this fixed.

Food was good but other than that not a good place to go. this can spoil your mood. you ask for mutton they say it's not available. you ask for lassi or chaach they say it's not available. poor service. you can hear internal fights from the kitchen.
