I will give minus 10 to this club Ambience is not good Food taste very bad Staff don’t know how to behave with the customers No dance floor at all Bouncers are very rude Food and drinks are very costly according to there services and ambience Better to not go to this place

While the place is okay (packed during concerts and barely any space to move but that's cool), the valet parked my car on the road and I got a challan for it. I noticed it a month later and reached out to them via Instagram for assistance, no response. Reached out via phone months later, shared all evidences (photo of car taken by traffic police with timestamp, screenshots of car's start-stop timestamps taken from the car's app, screenshot of bill payment and timestamp) and requested the owner to provide a refund. They declined, but offered to give a slight discount the next time I visit their place. I told them I'm out of town and won't be coming back, irrespective, I had no intentions of revisiting. The owner then gave up, saying they can't do anything. I reached out again a couple more times, requested very respectfully and politely to arrange for a refund, at least 50%, they're seeing my messages but stopped responding. I guess I should’ve just let it go, but this is what happened.

The dining experience at Loko Rooftop Bistro and Bar fell short due to avg food, an inconsistent lift service, and discrepancies in payment methods advertised on Swiggy. Additionally, the live band performance timings were unreliable, often starting later than 1-1.5 hours the posted schedule. Furthermore, the limited seating options at Loko Rooftop Bistro and Bar are worth noting, as only standing space is available. Opting for a table with seats results in a poor view of the live band. Overall, my experience wasn't that great to visit again.
