chelaram fast food restaurants is a very popular restaurant in Jhansi located very near to sipri bajar. ,Samosa, Pinni K Laddu, Rasmalai, Mithaiyan is all I can think of when I hear this name. One of the best Sweet affair available in Jhansi. It is located in the heart of city and is decently close to Railway station.
