I've ordered a cake and paid it total at the time of booking. Even after making him very clear about what name to engrave on the cake..they missed it and in return mentioned that I said nothing to engrave. I've reached out to the store, he said the same.. I reached out to the customer care..no body responded. It's really disgusting to see such things still happening even after educating. Will never visit any branch of Chef Baker's in any city.
