Nice, reasonable Goan bakery located on a very busy juncture in Madgaon. Chef Rodwin was very humble & confident of his entire setup & menu. He explained to us how the inhouse Choco Almond spread was made from absolute scratch using Cacao seeds, etc. Chocolate making for me was getting ready slabs from the market & adding ingredients like butter, almonds, praline. See the video also. We tried the Chicken quiche, Caafrel bagel & watermelon cooler. All was yum. The Serra Dura was exquisite. We wish lots of luck to this labour of love project by the entire team. Located on Abe Faria road, right at the heart of Margao is Located this wonderful small little cafe by Chef Rodwin. We visited the cafe on Saturday evening and were greeted with a lovely smile by Mr.Rodwin himself. We ordered there quiche, schezwan paozin and berliners,which was served to us in no time. All the dishes were tasty and at very reasonable price. Got there when they were about to close. So most of the star items were sold out. Tried the lasagna which was really good. And the Berliners too, would recommend these two. The iced Americano and iced latte were average. They have a small seating area upstairs, close by 8-8:30 pm. Staff is super friendly & sweet. And located in the heart of Margao.
